If the operating environment temperature is ≤80°C, choose ordinary HEPA filters for lower cost; if the operating environment temperature is >80°C, select a 250°C/350°C/500°C high-temperature HEPA filter based on the actual temperature to avoid filter media melting and frame deformation, ensuring filtration effectiveness and equipment safety.
The replacement cycle should be determined based on the dust content and temperature of the working conditions: under conventional high-temperature clean conditions, replace every 12-18 months; under high-dust high-temperature conditions, replace every 6-12 months; when the resistance reaches the final resistance (400-450Pa), replace immediately regardless of usage time to avoid affecting the high-temperature air supply system.
Do not wash or reuse. The high-temperature filter media has a precise structure; washing will cause deformation and fiber shedding, significantly reducing filtration efficiency; high-temperature baking will damage the filter media structure, leading to air leakage and dust leakage risks. It is a disposable high-efficiency filter device and should be replaced directly upon expiration.
