MPPS is the most stringent testing method for high-efficiency filters, scanning the entire cross-section of the filter media to ensure no leakage or bypass, guaranteeing that clean rooms meet Class 100/1000 standards. It is a mandatory requirement for high-end clean engineering.
In clean rooms, replacement is typically every 6-12 months; in high-dust workshops or operating rooms, every 3-6 months. When resistance reaches twice the initial resistance (about 250Pa), immediate replacement is required to avoid affecting FFU air volume and cleanliness.
For Class 10,000/100,000 clean rooms, choose H13; for Class 1,000/100 clean rooms and operating rooms, choose H14; U15 is suitable for ultra-high cleanliness requirements in aerospace, nuclear power, and top laboratories.
