Mingyang VH Series V-Box High Volume Sub-HEPA Filter is a high-volume, compact filtration product designed for high-cleanliness air conditioning supply systems, cleanroom pre-protection, and special process supply air ducts. It features a V-box dense pleat structure (2V/3V/4V/5V), with standard international dimensions of 610×610×292mm and 305×610×292mm. The frame can be made of galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. The filter media uses premium ultra-fine glass fiber or polypropylene synthetic fiber, with air pressure adsorption as the core filtration principle. Tested by MPPS laser scanning particle counting, the filtration efficiency covers H10 (85%), H11 (95%), and H12 (99.5%), mainly capturing particles ≥0.3μm. It strictly complies with GB/T 14295-2019 national standard. The product offers high airflow, compact structure, low resistance, and high efficiency. The standard model has a rated airflow up to 3600m³/h, with operating resistance ≤270Pa at rated airflow.
